  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the category

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Category Manager, within Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field environment
  • Strong experience across Furniture, Homewares or broader Home & Living categories, with a proven track record of delivering category growth and commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic and commercially astute, with the ability to translate customer, market and performance insights into growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain and Retail Operations
  • Deep understanding of customer behaviour, market trends and the Australian retail landscape
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive alignment, challenge thinking and influence business-wide decisions
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related discipline (preferred)
