- Managing stock, inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve team engagement and store performance
What You'll Bring:
- Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or similar
- A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Experience building positive, engaged and high‑performing teams
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence using data and KPIs to drive results
- A genuine enthusiasm for homewares, interiors or lifestyle retail
