As Our New Assistant Manager, your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
- Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPI's whilst supporting the team achieve theirs
- Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
- Contributing to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
- Analysing reports and proactively identifying opportunities that will increase the customer experience
