Role Overview
Adactin is seeking an experienced Principal Technology Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement activities for technology products, solutions and services. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier engagements, leading tender evaluations and negotiating commercial and contractual outcomes to deliver value and minimise risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for software, hardware, technology solutions and services.
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage sole-source and competitive procurement processes.
- Lead supplier engagement, tender evaluations and supplier selection.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology suppliers to support organisational objectives.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, technology procurement or IT procurement.
- Experience managing end-to-end sourcing and competitive tender processes.
- Strong commercial negotiation, contract management and supplier evaluation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be an Australian Citizen with an active Baseline security clearance.
