Specialising in commercial, aged care, industrial, retail and medical facilities, they provide quality, customised advice, specific to each project. With offices in Brisbane, Newcastle and Melbourne, increased client demand now brings an opportunity for a graduate/student to join our NSW team.
About the Role: Formiga1 provides a fantastic opportunity for career driven recent Graduates (individuals currently enrolled in their 3rd and 4th year of study may also be considered). One position is available in our Newcastle Office. The role includes early exposure to technically challenging buildings that many building certifiers/surveyors do not see until years into their career. Close mentoring and guidance from experienced professionals will help you accelerate your preparation for a rewarding career in building consultancy. Your passion for the industry, dedication, forward thinking approach and strong technical aptitude will see you become an integral member of the team.
Remuneration: An attractive salary package in the range of $55-$65K with scheduled performance appraisals will be negotiated with successful candidates depending on experience.
Your Skills and Attributes:
- Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a course endorsed by AIBS or RICS.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, well-documented reports.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a niche commercial building industry.
