Acumen Health is seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation professional to support a multidisciplinary team across local ADF bases in a hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, collaborate with medical specialists and other providers, and work with Veterans and current ADF members to restore function and independence.
The role requires current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC or AASW, plus relevant tertiary qualifications.
