ACUG is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators who are also confident picking orders to join a busy warehouse team in Erskine Park.
Shift times:
- 6:00am–2:00pm
- 9:00am–5:00pm
- Monday to Friday
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating high reach forklifts
- Completing replenishments and putaways
- Picking orders accurately using RF scanners
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Meeting site productivity targets while maintaining safety and accuracy
This role includes both forklift operation and order picking. You must be capable and willing to perform both duties.
What we’re looking for:
- Current LF forklift licence—essential
- Previous high reach forklift and picking experience—essential
- Experience using RF scanners
- Confidence placing and retrieving pallets at height
- Strong attendance, punctuality and communication
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Reliable transport for early starts
- A positive, safety-focused attitude

- Potential to increase to an ongoing rate of $38–$40 per hour following your first two weeks, subject to demonstrated performance, meeting site standards and productivity targets, and a successful review
