Accounts Payable Officer - 6-month contract, could extend - $86K + (prorata)

The Role
- 4 days per week
- 8:00am - 4:00pm, on-site
- Immediate start available
- Convenient location close to public transport, with street parking available
- $86K + super (prorata)
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage electronic filing systems
- Support the rollout of a Procure-to-Pay platform
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and sign-offs
- Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Manage one-off and batch payment runs
- Process staff reimbursements
- Maintain fixed asset records
- Oversee credit card processing
About You
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (school experience highly regarded)
- Familiarity with TASS software is desirable
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and high level of IT proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
