Step into your first role with complete clinical confidence. Graduating from university is a major milestone - stepping into clinical practice shouldn't feel like you're being thrown in the deep end. We know that bridging the gap between university theory and private practice demands genuine, structured support. That is why our 2-Year Graduate Development Program is built around one clear goal: investing in you as a clinician and as a person, ensuring you thrive rather than burn out.

Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Podiatrists operating out of our world-class, two-story health hub in regional NSW. Whether your passion lies in sports performance, paediatrics, complex musculoskeletal rehab, women’s or men’s health, or vestibular care, we give you the space, tools, and mentorship to carve out your ideal clinical pathway.

The support you’ll receive:

  • Our 2-year Graduate Program: You will never have to manage complex clinical cases alone. From Day 1, your learning framework includes:
    • 0–100 induction: A phased, gentle ramp-up into your caseload with protected admin and prep time.
    • Weekly 1:1 clinical mentoring: Dedicated sessions with senior clinicians to review cases, breakdown diagnostic decisions, and plan rehabilitation.
    • Dual consultations & In-room shadowing: Co-treat alongside experienced physiotherapists so you can see advanced clinical decision-making in action.
    • Hands-on skills development: Skeleton tutorials, manual therapy practicals, and weekly whole-team CPD.
    • Generous external CPD allowance: Dedicated funding to pursue courses, certifications, and external clinical interests.
    • Full administrative support: Our client services team manages your calendar, bookings, billing, and referral correspondence so you can focus 100% on patient care.

Your workspace & toolkit:

  • Dedicated private treatment rooms for every clinician
  • Cutting-edge objective testing technology, including VALD and AxIT systems, AI note taking and treatment plans
  • Extensive gym facilities: squat racks, cable systems, free weights, bike ergs, and treadmills
  • Dedicated Paediatric gym and fully equipped clinical Pilates studios
  • An on-site golf simulator for high-performance biomechanics and fun team downtime

What your role looks like:

  • Structured Long-Term Career Pathways: Grow from Graduate Clinician to Senior Physio, Lead Clinician, or Team Mentor through bi-annual Planning & Progression reviews.
  • Curate your caseload: Transition gradually into your 'avatar' caseload - aligning your day with the conditions and demographics you love treating most.
  • Remuneration transparency: We sit down with you from the start to map out your earnings and career milestones clearly. No confusing metrics or moving goalposts.

Award-Winning Workplace Culture: Recognised as the 2025 Golden Crow Employer of Choice and State Finalist at the NSW Business Awards.

Additional Perks & Benefits:

  • Relocation support: Attractive "Tree Change" bonus to assist with your move to Wagga Wagga.
  • Technology: Dedicated company laptop
  • Health & wellness: 50% discount on consultations for your immediate family, free group exercise classes, and a complimentary gym or local golf membership.
  • Culture days: Regular paid team connection days, social events, and peer check-ins.
