Director Access Canberra Service Centres Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Access Canberra has a temporary opportunity to fill the key leadership position of Director over the next several months and would like to hear from motivated and passionate applicants.
The Access Canberra Service Centre teams is the front door to ACT Government. The Service Centres strive to deliver high level customer service by planning, designing, re-engineering, delivering and coordinating customer services across online, phone, email and face to face channels.
As a Director, people leadership should be your passion. You will operate with a high degree of independence and actively contribute to and participate in the operations of the teams. You will play a part in progressing matters within your areas of responsibility and be working closely with Service Centres, while coordinating and supporting a suite of service delivery improvements these teams are looking to deliver. You may also be required to fulfil other roles as required, which might mean providing leadership to additional teams aligned with your skills.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for nine months with the possibility of permanency.Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Note: Under the ACTPS employment framework you may be placed in another role where required for the efficient administration of the service.
