This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a service committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. As the Senior Sleep Scientist, you will provide expert clinical leadership while independently performing routine and complex polysomnography studies, data analysis, and sleep therapy management. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sleep Disorders Unit, coordinate laboratory activities, support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to service development, research, and improvement projects.

Working across day, evening, and overnight shifts, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a responsive 24-hour service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced clinician with advanced technical expertise in sleep science, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing others. You will bring exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to supervise and mentor staff and students, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, embrace innovation, and are dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team delivering compassionate care through collaboration and excellence.
