Biosecurity and Rural Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Rural Programs Coordinator to support the delivery of rural programs across the ACT. You will provide practical advice on sustainable land and livestock management, work closely with rural landholders and other stakeholders, coordinate key land management activities, and lead a small team. The role also contributes to biosecurity preparedness and incident response, helping protect the ACT’s rural environment and agricultural industries from invasive species and disease threats.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge or experience in agricultural and sustainable land management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance practical field-based work with program, contract and administrative responsibilities.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
