Overview
Location: ACRWORLD, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Officer to undertake procurement and stores management activities for the Operational Assets in South Australia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the CMMS
- Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and receipt items in the CMMS
- Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements
- Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes
Skills & Experience
- Forklift License
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of Office products
- Energy, mining, utilities or Heavy industrial plant experience highly regarded
- Knowledge or experience with procurement inventory
