MoveIt4u is a Sydney-based fourth-party logistics (4PL) provider, specialising in transport coordination, warehousing and supply chain solutions across Australia.
We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our operations team. Experience in dairy, FMCG or temperature-controlled logistics would be highly regarded.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely communication and a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing and coordinating customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Liaising with customers, transport providers and warehouses to arrange collections and deliveries.
Monitoring delivery schedules, time slots and order progress.
Managing delivery discrepancies, delays and operational issues.
Ensuring accurate order entry, documentation and record keeping.
Tracking delivery performance and supporting DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) reporting.
Communicating proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the operations team to maintain service standards and resolve issues efficiently.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities and understands the importance of accuracy and communication.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in order fulfilment, logistics coordination, customer service or supply chain operations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and order management systems.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly regarded:
Experience in the dairy industry or FMCG supply chains.
Knowledge of temperature-controlled freight and distribution.
Experience coordinating deliveries to major retailers or distribution centres.
Understanding of DIFOT performance requirements, delivery time slots and proof-of-delivery processes.
