We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team around Brisbane North (Warner/Morayfield) and Brisbane South (Logan/Red Bank Plains). You will provide personalised support to individuals exhibiting challenging behavior, help them access the community, and identify activities in the community.
Key responsibilities
Provide personalised support to individuals exhibiting challenging behavior

Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate physical and verbal aggression
Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals in your care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and progress
About you
Proven experience in supporting individuals with challenging behavior
Demonstrated ability to manage and respond effectively to physical and verbal aggression
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Relevant qualifications or certifications in support work or related fields are preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
