The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Parts Sales Consultant to join the team!
- Role responsibilities
- Answer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediums
- Answer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner
- Accurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the request
- Utilize Inventory system to establish the appropriate selling price for recycled parts
- Negotiate final pricing with customers
- Upsell aftermarket parts and extended warranties.
- Source parts from other recyclers maintaining brokered margin targets
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely manner
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date
- Adhere to all KPI's and follow best sales practice and behaviour
- Follow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on orders
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
- Follow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenue
