About the role:
As a Mill Operator, you will be instrumental in setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery to manufacture steel beams and roofing profiles. Your attention to detail will ensure our products meet stringent quality standards, while your teamwork will keep production running smoothly. Whether you're monitoring equipment, reading detailed orders and drawings, or performing basic maintenance, your contribution will be fundamental to our success. We also provide training for overhead crane operation, supporting your growth and versatility within the role.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret detailed orders and technical drawings
- Strong attention to quality control and safety procedures
- Basic mechanical skills and aptitude for machine operation

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience operating rollforming equipment or similar machinery
- Overhead crane operation experience (training available)
