ACH Group is seeking Enrolled Nurses for multiple permanent part-time and casual shifts to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group homes. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, attending to clinical matters and supporting Care Workers to promote residents’ independence and good life.
You will be responsible and accountable for high quality practice, undertake nursing assessments, maintain documentation, liaise with families and health professionals.
