Acenda Life in Australia is seeking an experienced Case Consultant to join our Group Claims team. In this customer-facing role you'll manage a portfolio of TPD claims from assessment through finalisation, delivering fair, timely and high-quality outcomes for customers.
You'll work closely with claimants, solicitors, trustees and medical professionals to assess complex information, make sound decisions and ensure claims are managed in line with industry requirements.
