Summary:
ACE Group is seeking a reliable and experienced HR Truck Driver/ General Hand to join our Operations team in Canning Vale .
The role is primarily responsible for transporting, collecting and delivering materials and equipment across ACE Group operations. When not driving, you'll support our workshop team with general manufacturing, fabrication assistance, machinery operation and preparation of finished orders.
We're looking for someone who is safety-focused, hands-on and comfortable working in a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HR trucks to complete pickups and deliveries across ACE Group operations.
- Load, unload and securely prepare materials and finished orders for transport.
- Assist tradespeople with fabrication, assembly and refurbishment of mining equipment.
- Operate workshop machinery, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with material handling, container unloading and stock organisation.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
- Support quality checks, documentation and workshop housekeeping.
- Follow safe work procedures and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Australian HR-B driver's licence.
- Experience operating HR trucks and handling freight.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills, reliability and ability to work independent\\u00b4ly or as part of a team.
