About the role
- Driving truck and trailer combinations
- Transporting machinery, materials and equipment between job sites
- Completing daily pre-start checks and maintaining equipment
- Ensuring loads are safely secured and transported
- Following all company safety procedures and road regulations
To be successful, you will ideally have
- Current HC license
- Experience operating truck and trailer combinations
- Experience within civil construction or earthmoving preferred
- Machinery loading/unloading experience highly regarded
- Good knowledge of load restraint requirements
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable
