Accord Plumbing & Gas Services is a Perth commercial plumbing and gas contractor working across commercial construction and commercial maintenance. Our maintenance division looks after universities, commercial buildings and institutional sites around Perth β reactive callouts, planned maintenance and follow-up works.
We're putting proper structure around the maintenance division: clear job intake, triage, scheduling and close-out, all run through Simpro. This role sits right in the middle of it.
The role
You'll own the schedule for our maintenance plumbers β getting the right tech to the right job with the right gear, and keeping clients in the loop. You'll work out of our head office in O'Connor and report to the maintenance management team.
What you'll do
Take in job requests (email, client portals, phone) and set them up in Simpro
Triage by priority and client SLA, then schedule and dispatch techs β today and the week ahead
Handle emergencies and re-plan the board on the fly
Keep clients and site contacts updated on attendance and progress
Raise POs and line up materials, site access, permits and inductions
Chase job cards, photos and paperwork so jobs close out and get invoiced quickly
Book and track planned maintenance
Pass follow-up and quote work to the right people
Keep the data clean so we can report on response times and productivity
About you
Scheduling, dispatch or service coordination experience in trades, facilities or field service

Organised, calm under pressure and comfortable on the phone with clients and techs
Good written communication and solid with Outlook and Excel
