Accoras in Queensland is seeking an Intake and Triage Practitioner to provide responsive entry for children and young people aged 7–17 with complex mental health needs.
You will engage referrals, conduct initial screening and assessment, support families, and escalate risk under Clinical Team Leader oversight. A small psychosocial caseload and group program facilitation may form part of the role, for a fixed-term, 4-day-per-week arrangement to cover parental leave until October 2027.
