Full-Time Guest Service Agent All Rounder .
As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service.
Duties include but not limited to
- Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out.
- Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences.
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
- Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries.
- Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
- Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner.
This role falls under HIGA Level 3, with the following rates: Monday to Friday $27.97, Saturday $34.96 and Sunday $41.96.
Qualifications

- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable.
- Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people.
- Candidates to have Full time work rights in Australia.
