Behind every great lounge experience is a strong kitchen team, and that's where you come in.
We're looking for a Full‐Time Kitchen Handto join our friendly and supportive team at the Qantas Lounges by Accor at Sydney Airport.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

- What You'll Be Doing
- You'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens clean, organised, and service‐ready:
- Washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines.
- Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment and reporting any issues.
- Keeping kitchen, preparation and scullery areas clean and hygienic.
- Ensuring correct handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Working across a rotating roster, including, mornings, afternoons and weekend
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Preferred experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Understanding of food safety requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure
- MUSThave flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoonand weekends
- MUST have full working rights within Australia
Skills
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to various duties in the kitchen.
