What You Will Be Doing:

• Deliver Seamless Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
• Be the Expert: Share your passion for our locally sourced menus, beverage lists, and daily promotions with guests.
• Keep Things Sparkling: Maintain clean, safe, and beautifully organized dining and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure our service flows smoothly even during high-energy peak times.

What We Are Looking For:

• Adaptability: The ability to stay calm, efficient, and friendly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster across mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• The Essentials: A valid Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required. Previous F&B or barista experience is highly valued but not essential—we love to train great attitudes!
