Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to assist with all guests' queries and check‐in/out procedures.
- Assist with all guest queries and check‐in/check‐out procedures.
- Ensure details of regular guests are updated in the Opera System.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room information and lost property.
- Maintain the daily worksheet and use the designated form.
- Complete guest registration forms accurately and update computer records.
- Ensure account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is produced.
- Conduct accurate cashiering balance at shift completion.
- Follow Elysium standards for check‐in/check‐out processes.
- Assist with guest luggage as required.
- Handle complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Operate the switchboard and provide the correct welcome to callers and guests.
- Provide Guest Valet Parking as necessary.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Exposure to systems (preferred Opera).
- Open driver's license.
- Ability to multi‐task and work in multiple areas of the Front Office department.
