Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is seeking an Assistant Guest Experience Manager on a fixed-term contract to support the Front Office Team and Hotel Operations in daily management. You will lead by example to deliver the highest standards of guest satisfaction, coordinating departments and resolving guest issues during your shift.
You will oversee guest feedback, supervise Front Office and operations teams, and ensure presentation, safety and service standards are maintained.
