KG Sports Bar is a new American sports bar located on the intersection of King George Square, built for big games, big moments and a full-room atmosphere.
The venue brings together large screen walls, premium sound, cold beer and classic American bar food in a high-energy environment designed around live sport.

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead the team at KG Sports Bar.
KG Sports Bar is focused on delivering big game day experiences – every day.
You will be delivering a high standard of service across the venue.
Your background in a similar role will allow you adjust quickly & enjoy every shift to create a venue that thrives.
- What is the role all about -
- Leadinga positive, guest focused team
- Driving sales and increasing revenue opportunities
- Managing the day to day operation of the bar and the team
- Management of the roster, costings and forecasting
- Training and development of your team
- Providing professional service
- The bar will operate7 days from 11am to late
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Understanding of beer, wine, spirits & food
- Previous use of Shiji, QR code ordering systems
- Reliable & easy going
- A real people person
- A genuine passion and motivation for the hospitality industry.
- A valid QLD RSA certificate, RMLV highly desirable
