Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Dive in and carry out cleaning tasks across various housekeeping areas as needed
- Provide training, uphold cleanliness standards, and conduct regular inspections
- Efficiently assign tasks and oversee inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Attend to guest requests and issues promptly for a pleasant stay
- Assist with managing budgets and communicate with other departments while providing performance updates to management
Skills and Experience
- A sharp eye for detail and previous experience in Housekeeping
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality
