As a Concierge Executive, you will be an essential part of our Workplace Services Team. Your main role, overseen by the Head Concierge, will involve warmly welcoming and assisting tenants and visitors to the building. Additionally, you will lend a hand in tenant activation initiatives as needed. Your knack for hospitality will shine in this role!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively greeting, welcoming and serving tenants and visitors to the asset.
- Being a key source of knowledge for tenants and visitors about the asset and local precinct.
- Providing services that add convenience, exclusivity, community and utility.
- Working in the lobby area of the office building, including time at the Concierge desk and roving throughout the Lobby to engage with tenants and visitors.
- Representing Accor to the building tenants and visitors.
- Identifying opportunities to innovate the customer experience by reviewing feedback and interacting with tenants.
- Participating in CX training with the team and supporting quality assurance programs.
- Embracing the Accor values and leading by example in demonstrating these values in all actions and interactions.
Skills & Experience:
- A strong customer/hospitality/hotel background with demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary customer service.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer experience role.
- Strong passion for people and curating experiences for others.
- All successful candidates will be required to hold a valid National Police Check.
