Acclaimed Workforce is partnering with a leading international automotive technology and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Sales Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and business development meetings
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Present growth strategies and action plans to senior leadership
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short, medium and long term in accordance with targets
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements
- Work closely with operations, product, and customer service teams to deliver solutions
Skills and Experience
- Automotive aftermarket industry experience minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
- Educational background in business or marketing
- High-level communication skills verbal and written
- Proven negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
- Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
Pre-employment Requirements
You’ll need to successfully:
- Pass a musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk
- Complete drug and alcohol testing
- Pass National Police Clearance check
- Provide minimum two (2) contactable work-related referees
