ACCIONA is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for Kwinana Energy Recovery in Western Australia. You will lead the engineering team, drive safe, efficient and compliant performance across a 24-hour shift operation, overseeing asset management and maintenance delivery while managing contractor activities.
Reporting to the O&M Manager, you will build strong site relationships, develop strategic plans for facility availability and achieve KPIs while embedding ACCIONA’s Quality and Safety standards.
