ACCIONA in Australia is seeking an onboarding and competency lead for a regional project. You will own the competency framework, coordinate onboarding of staff, contractors and subcontractors, and ensure all licences, tickets and trainings are in place before mobilisation.
You will report to the Manager, Operational Services, supervise two safety administrators, and collaborate with HSE, People and Culture, project managers and training partners to keep the site audit-ready.
