Job Description Growing function Join a great national team Career development opportunities nationally and internationally The Opportunity Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of major infrastructure and energy projects, ACCIONA is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering designs across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews, and project interfaces across major infrastructure projects.
- Support design planning, programme management, action tracking, and design documentation processes.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving design issues, risks, and technical interfaces.
- Maintain design registers, monitor progress, and contribute to effective engineering delivery outcomes.
- Required Skills and Competencies
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in engineering design, design coordination, or a related project environment.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, construction, energy, or transport projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of design reviews, technical interfaces, deliverable management, and design documentation processes.
