ACCIONA in Australia is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering team at Kwinana Energy Recovery. You will drive safe, efficient and compliant performance across a 24-hour shift operation, overseeing asset management, maintenance delivery and contractor control.
Reporting to the O&M Manager, you will build strong working relationships across site, develop strategic plans for facility availability with Engineers, and ensure contracts and KPIs are met.
