Job Description: Own the workforce and social value reporting for a government-funded infrastructure project and build your career with ACCIONA in Port Melbourne.

Benefits:

  • Own the reporting that proves a project's social value results
  • Work across project, commercial, HR, procurement and client teams

About the Opportunity: You will join Operational Services in Port Melbourne and report to the Senior Advisor, Industry Participation. Project Information: Help deliver a new 500 kV double-circuit transmission line project that will connect more than 3,000 MW of new renewable generation to the grid and power up to one million homes. The scope spans earthworks and access tracks, tower foundations, steel supply and erection, logistics and regional camp accommodation.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

  • Coordinate workforce, procurement and social value data from teams and subcontractors
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for project, client and government audiences
  • Monitor compliance with workforce, training and social procurement commitments
  • Build dashboards and scorecards that track performance against project targets
  • Validate data and resolve quality issues with project stakeholders and subcontractors
  • Maintain auditable records and support internal and external audits
  • Improve reporting templates, systems and procedures to lift data quality

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Certificate, Diploma or degree in business, HR or commerce
  • Workforce or procurement data reporting and validation experience
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and dashboards
  • Sound grasp of government policy reporting and workforce targets

Preferred: infrastructure or government-funded project experience.

Location and conditions: This is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.
