Senior Manager – DevOps, Platform Engineering & Transformation in Melbourne

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Dev Ops, Platform Engineering & Transformation to lead strategic engineering initiatives, advise senior technology leaders, and help organisations transform the way they build and deliver digital services.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, consulting expertise, technical leadership, and people development in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

• What You’ll Do
• Advise senior technology stakeholders on Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops, platform engineering, and engineering transformation strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessments and define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape large-scale engineering enablement programs spanning people, process, security, governance, and technology.
• Define enterprise Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Guide the implementation of modern CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, and automation capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, delivery, and security.
• Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across complex technology environments.
