About Accenture Song

At Accenture Song, we bring together creativity, data and technology to help organisations reinvent how they connect with customers and drive growth. Behind that work is an increasingly sophisticated technology ecosystem. We’re looking for an Associate Director of Systems Architecture to help shape the platforms, integrations and workflows that enable our media, data and operational teams to work as one.

The Opportunity

This is a senior technology role for someone who can connect business ambition with practical technology architecture. You’ll design and orchestrate connected systems across media, data, reporting and operations, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role combines systems architecture, API integration, automation, data infrastructure and AI enablement, with a strong focus on creating technology environments that improve speed, connectivity and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Systems Architecture & Integration
    • Design, connect and orchestrate systems and tools supporting media, data and operational delivery
    • Lead the technology relationship with DeltaX, acting as the connection between Accenture Song and DeltaX across system design and integration
    • Integrate planning, buying, reporting and analytics platforms into a connected technology ecosystem
    • Develop connectivity between tools using APIs, Python, coding and workflow automation
    • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve interoperability across platforms
  • Technology Development & AI
    • Design and implement scalable system architectures built for automation and AI integration
    • Establish and maintain agentic AI systems that improve efficiency, data flow and creative delivery
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they can strengthen the broader technology ecosystem
    • Build an adaptable architecture capable of evolving as platforms and technologies change
  • Data & Reporting Infrastructure
    • Build dashboards, reporting layers and visualisation capabilities that make information actionable
    • Integrate first-party and third-party data sources to support automated reporting and measurement
    • Maintain data accuracy, integrity and governance across connected systems
    • Partner with Analytics and Operations teams to create reporting workflows capable of operating at scale
  • Technology Leadership & Enablement
    • Partner with internal teams to understand business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    • Provide technical guidance across product, media and operations
    • Establish clear documentation across tools, APIs and automation processes
    • Support teams in understanding and effectively using the technology ecosystem
    • Encourage experimentation, problem-solving and continual improvement across the technology stack

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical architecture capability with an understanding of how technology supports modern media and marketing environments. You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience designing and managing interconnected systems, tools and workflows
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations and system architecture principles
  • Hands‑on capability with Python, coding and automation scripting
  • Experience implementing AI frameworks or agentic systems, ideally within marketing or media environments
  • Strong dashboard development, data visualisation and reporting capability
  • Experience working with data connectors and analytics tools
  • An understanding of data quality, integrity and governance
  • The ability to translate business challenges into practical technical architectures
  • Confidence working across technical and non-technical teams

Why Accenture Song?

At Accenture Song, systems aren't simply infrastructure. They enable creativity, intelligence and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how media, data, operations and technology connect, introducing automation and emerging AI capabilities while building an architecture that can evolve with the business. The future of marketing won't be powered by platforms alone. It will be architected for reinvention.
