We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Chadstone store who brings positive energy, leads by example and loves building high-performing teams. What You'll Do
- Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your team, and bringing the Vans brand experience to life every day.
- This Sunday–Thursday roster offers consistency while giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in a high-performing retail environment.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Lead from the front by creating memorable customer experiences that reflect the Vans brand.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and store success.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, celebrating wins and identifying opportunities.
- Support visual merchandising standards that showcase our premium product and brand storytelling.
- Oversee stock management, shrinkage control and store organisation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture built on collaboration, creativity and accountability.
- Help identify and develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and succession planning.
Who You Are
- Previous experience as a Senior Casual, Key Holder, 3IC, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
- A confident people leader with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Someone who leads with energy, initiative and a strong "Make It Happen" attitude.
- Passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Customer-focused with a genuine appreciation for premium product and brand experience.
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing operational excellence with team leadership.
