At AC Bathroom Renovations, we're looking for a friendly, organised and commercially minded person to help customers bring their bathroom renovation ideas to life.
You'll combine customer consultations, design assistance, sales and project coordination, working alongside an experienced builder and dedicated installation team.
You don't need to be a qualified builder or designer. We value initiative, great communication and the ability to get things done.

The Role
You'll help manage bathroom renovations from the initial consultation through to completion.
- Consult & Design: Help customers plan layouts and select fixtures, fittings and finishes.
- Estimate & Sell: Prepare quotes, present options and secure renovation projects.
- Source & Negotiate: Find quality products, compare suppliers and negotiate better pricing.
- Plan & Coordinate: Organise materials, schedules, deliveries and subcontractors.
- Manage Projects: Keep customers informed, monitor budgets and coordinate variations.
You'll work primarily from our Brendale office, with customer appointments and site visits. Our experienced builder manages the on‐site construction and installation team.
- Who We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, estimating, customer consultation or project coordination
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An eye for design and an interest in renovations
- Commercial awareness and problem‐solving ability
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- Current driver's licence
Experience in bathroom or kitchen renovations, construction or building products is an advantage, but not essential. We'll help the right person develop their renovation knowledge.
