We’re looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Manager to supervise and support team members, ensuring development, performance, and alignment with ABC standards.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of Onboarding Project Managers through the full client onboarding lifecycle
- Resolve escalations, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success
- Oversee data conversions, integrations, and project documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and team performance
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Implementation, Support)
- What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years’ experience in client onboarding & data conversions
- Strong leadership, communication & project coordination skills
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Excel
- Experience working with enterprise Saa S or tech implementation teams
- Bonus: PM certification and fitness industry experience
