We’re looking for a professional and customer-service focused individual to join our courier operations team as a fleet coordinator. Our position works at the front line of medical logistics servicing some of Australia’s largest med-tech companies.
The role of a Fleet Coordinator includes:
- Day to day courier service operations management
- Receiving transport requests
- Interpreting the important customers’ requirements
- Selection and job allocation to couriers
- Ongoing track and trace
- Clear and constructive communications
The role fundamentally is managing an extremely competent and resourceful courier fleet that provides time critical transport to companies in the Medical Industry, IT, Government and many other businesses with urgent logistics opportunities.
