About the role:
- Oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
- Manage the installation of pipelines and other underground infrastructure
- Drive compliance with relevant safety and environmental requirements
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high performing culture
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on civil construction, pipelines and underground services
- Experience with micro tunnelling and associated activities is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to deliver quality outcomes within project timeframes
- Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
