With soaring ceilings, stained glass windows, bold Levantine flavours, curated wines, and immersive hospitality, Aambra is more than a restaurant - it is a destination. Now, we are looking for a fresh, driven leader to take charge and help shape the next phase of our growth.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to step in, take ownership of front of house operations, and elevate Aambra to its full potential. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, systems, culture building, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will work closely with ownership and the Head Chef to refine service standards, strengthen team culture, and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, and inspire the front of house team

- Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational budgets
- Maintain compliance, licensing, and safety standards

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior Restaurant Manager in premium or fine dining
- A confident leader who commands respect and sets high standards
- Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
