A3 Support is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. New graduates and Senior OTs are welcome to apply!

(Please note that full Australian working rights are essential for this role.)

Step into a therapy role where you’re treated as a clinician, not a KPI machine. At A3 Support, you’ll shape meaningful NDIS goals in clinic, home, school and community settings, with admin off your plate and real input into how Occupational Therapy is delivered.

Why Join A3 Support

  • Competitive salary package (experience-based)
  • Clear growth pathway with performance rewards!
  • Full admin support from our amazing team
  • Flexible caseload and great autonomy
  • Flexible hours and hybrid working options (in-clinic/home/school/community)
  • Infrastructure and support designed for your success!

About us

A3 Support is a growing NDIS provider connecting allied health with support work so therapy actually shows up in everyday routines. We work across in-clinic, home, school and community to make therapy practical, strengths-based and sustainable for families. We believe therapy should empower, not overwhelm, and we’re backed by amazing administration and forward-thinking leadership!

We now also operate out of our multidisciplinary allied health clinic at 495 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills.

This is a hybrid position: you’ll be out in the clinic and community seeing clients where they live and learn, with flexibility to work from home for planning and admin. Our clients are predominantly NDIS participants, both adults and children.

About the Role

  • Assess and support daily living skills, fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing and emotional regulation for children, young people and adults
  • Complete functional capacity assessments and reports to support NDIS plan reviews
  • Develop practical, play-based and routine-based therapy plans that build independence at home, school and in the community
  • Support school readiness, handwriting, self-care and executive functioning goals
  • Assess, trial and prescribe assistive technology and minor home modifications within your competence
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clients, families, schools and support teams
  • Maintain notes and documentation, with templates and admin support
  • For experienced OTs: mentor juniors and shape the OT pathway at A3 Support

What we’re looking for

  • Full Australian working rights essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy + current AHPRA registration (or in progress for new grads)
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Senior clinicians encouraged to apply
  • Current (or willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
