We are seeking:
- Dry Goods / Ambient Logistics & Documentation Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end international shipments
- Prepare and verify export documentation
- Manage freight bookings and forwarding instructions
- Liaise with suppliers, freight providers and customers
- Review freight and supplier invoices
- Monitor shipments and resolve logistics issues
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reporting
- Support inventory and domestic logistics activities when required
Experience we are looking for:
- Experience in export documentation, freight forwarding or international logistics
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food, FMCG or perishables is highly regarded (for the Reefer role)
- BSM experience is advantageous but not essential
