Tender & Sales Coordinator - Casual / Remote
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Tender & Sales Coordinator to assist our civil construction estimating team.
This is a flexible casual position, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment for the right applicant.
The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia. Attendance at our Yatala office is not required, although occasional visits may be arranged by agreement.
The role involves coordinating tender enquiries, maintaining quotation registers, preparing tender documentation, monitoring deadlines, coordinating submissions and following up customers on outstanding quotations and project outcomes.
Previous experience in tender administration, construction, engineering or sales coordination is highly regarded.
Applicants must be self-motivated, organised and confident communicating with customers and managing deadlines independently.
