A Team Earthmoving QLD – Browns Plains QLD
Who We Are
A Team Earthmoving has been building Brisbane's homes from the ground up since 1988. We're a family-run business with a reputation built on showing up, doing the job right, and backing our people.
We run a modern fleet across Brisbane Metro — 1–14 tonne excavators, bobcats, pozis, and trucks — working predominantly in residential earthmoving: pool excavations, site cuts, screw pier installations, and bulk earthworks for builders and developers.
We're growing, and we're looking for operators who want to be part of something.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating excavators (1–14t), bobcats, pozis, and associated plant
- Residential pool excavations, site cuts, demolition works and bulk earthworks across Brisbane Metro
- Working alongside a crew that takes pride in the job
- Representing A Team on site — professionally, every day
What We're Looking For
- Excavator and/or bobcat operating experience — juniors and experienced operators both considered
- Brisbane-based with your own transport to Browns Plains depot
- Someone who aligns with how we work (more on that below)
Our Values — Read These Before You Apply
We don't hire on experience alone. We hire on character.
- Live Above The Line — Own your outcomes. Own your impact. No blame, no excuses.
- One Team — A Team — Back each other up. Never leave a teammate short. What we build, we build together.
- Bring It Every Day — Show up with energy and a positive attitude. How you show up sets the tone for everyone around you.
- The One Percenters — Do the small things. Shoulder to the wheel. It's the 1% that separates good from great.
- Do The Right Thing — Take pride in the work. Act with integrity whether you're being watched or not.
If those sound like you, we want to hear from you.
What's On Offer
- Full-time employment following a qualifying period
- Pay commensurate with your competence and experience
- Stable, long-term work with a business that's been around for nearly 40 years
- Supportive team environment — we invest in our people
