Bakers Delight Junction Fair is seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Australia's most recognised bakery brands, producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while maintaining bakers delight's exceptional standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.
Bakers Delight Junction Fair is part of the nationally recognised Bakers Delight franchise network, producing fresh bread and bakery products daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
- Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
- Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.
